Initial Architecture and MVP
Led the initial Aeroplan eStore build across front-end architecture, Redux state management, and the Node.js server model. This first engagement established the foundation that later redesigns, accessibility work, and catalog extensions could build on, and it created enough client trust to propose and win the next two Aeroplan engagements.

Retailer and Catalog Redesign
Spearheaded the retailer and catalog redesign for a high-traffic national loyalty platform, turning the eStore into a more scalable shopping surface. The work combined componentized React, Redux state architecture, whitelabel theming, localization, Air Canada API integrations, and binary-masked item variant indexing so retailer and product data could stay fast, accurate, and extensible.

Accessibility Compliance — AODA AA / WCAG 2.0
Led five engineers through a full AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility overhaul across the React/Redux application. The engagement covered structural semantics, focus management, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, colour contrast, and regression protection, with 80%+ test coverage across critical components using React Testing Library and Jest.
