Shipped a full community platform, PRD to production.

A complete rewrite of the TechTank Toronto community site, owned from PRD through production. Conversion-optimized onboarding funnels route speakers, hosts, sponsors, and volunteers down distinct role paths; a shadcn/ui component library keeps the interface consistent; and a structured event archive with Vercel analytics makes the program measurable. Scaffolded with v0 and built with Claude Code.

Community Homepage and Conversion Path

Owned the TechTank rebuild from product framing through shipped code, turning a volunteer-run meetup presence into a clear community platform. The homepage establishes the promise, proof points, and primary paths into the organization; behind it are the information architecture, responsive component system, and analytics hooks needed to make the community measurable.

Structured Event Archive and Analytics

Designed and built the event archive as the operational memory of the community: years of talks, socials, coffee chats, sports events, and experiments become searchable, filterable, and maintainable. The screenshot shows the public interface, but the value is the content model and admin-friendly structure that let organizers keep the program alive without rebuilding pages by hand.

Role-Based Onboarding Funnels

Mapped community growth into role-based funnels for speakers, hosts, sponsors, and volunteers. Each path translates a vague "I want to help" into expectations, benefits, and a next step, reflecting the product work behind the site: clarify the audience, reduce ambiguity, and convert goodwill into active participation.
